JUDGES' DEVELOPMENT
Our national judges' certification program is comprised of 5 modules that allows
a member to judge at recreational, local, provincial and international
competitions upon certification at the various levels.  These modules
incorporate a technical component based on the mechanics of each event listed
below as well as a practical component.  Certifying at the national level instills a
level of consistency in our judging practices that lends itself to maintaining a
spotting image.
